"Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Our MP3 500 was stolen and Chris could not have been more helpful in helping us get a new one. Very competitive price, really good advice on the alarm they had professionally installed for us (Scorpion) and all the accessories such as the matching 50l top box. Snow prevented collection twice and Chris was very accommodating in what became a full month later collection date. Communication throughout was excellent and timely. There was no pressure in sales after my initial enquiry and very fast replies to all my further emails. Even sending me a photo of the bike as I wasn’t sure about the colour (had a solid black one previously and wanted to see the grey 500 ie Sport model so the photos really helped me decide - on the grey). Finance and all admin was very clear and the time Chris took on the day of pick up was much appreciated especially as we had an long ride back in what became heavy rain through which the new bike performed perfectly.
This is the third bike purchase we have made in 16 years and by far the best experience. Cannot recommend Lloyd Cooper Motorcycles/Motorcycles Direct enough. Getting to see all the bikes in the showrooms too after ordering online was great. Would highly recommend."

"I always thought first services were a bit of a rip off, however, top notch service from Lloyd Cooper. Your colleagues changed my tank pad as promised, but what I was really pleased with was that without me asking, they'd noticed how my self fitted heated grip cable impeded the clutch lever, and they managed to twist round my heated grip, moving the cable completely clear of the lever. I really noticed the difference of how much smoother the clutch is, and am glad they noticed something I hadn't realised! The bike is riding great, seems smoother since the service (half the clutch/grip adjustment and half psychological). Really pleased with it!"
